Have you ever thought you'd like to learn how to macrame? If you have, then I'd love to help you learn - come along to one of my workshop where you will have as much support as you need to successfully make your own macrame hanging basket! You will get everything you need to make the basket & have a step by step instuction guide to take away with you.
This year was the 10th year for the award winning Elderflower Fields & it really was a fantastic weekend. Pippingford Park in East Sussex is the most stunning of locations. We set up the workshops on Leapfrog Lawns, the village green of Elderflower Fields where there were silly games and circus skill workshops going on all day around us. It was a beautiful weekend and the sun shone most of the time ☀.
It was lovely to meet Claire & Ed who are the makers of a locally made gin & are the makers behind Generation Distillers and who kindly provided refreshments mid afternoon! They make the most fantastic gin!
So many kids came along over the weekend and left with a handmade plant hanger & a real sense of achievement, which is what it is all about!
These workshops were held in the most beautiful of settings! Into the Trees is a festival deeply connected to nature and we were pitched in the midst of the forest. This workshop was designed to enable younger creatives to learn macrame alongside the more advanced macrame baskets for the adults.
2021 was the last year for Tribal Hearts & what a fabulous weekend it was. Thank you to everyone who came along.
